Adriana is the proud co-owner of H&R Roofing, where she oversees all office duties, bookkeeping, and accounts payable, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Her dedication to H&R's success is matched only by her commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, Adriana is a devoted mom to two amazing kids and a lively black lab named Rocky. In her free time, she enjoys vacationing and spending time at the Cape, exploring new restaurants, and indulging in diverse culinary experiences.

Ronaldo

Ronaldo is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. Originally from Costa Rica, Ronaldo has built a reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service. Balancing the demands of a successful business with raising two children and spending time with Rocky, the family dog, Ronaldo also enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and discovering new restaurants. His passion for excellence in roofing is matched by his commitment to providing personalized care and attention to every project.

Victoria

Office Manager

Victoria has been a valued member of the team since 2019. She handles many important tasks, including managing the company’s social media, creating content, applying for permits, and being the first point of contact for customer inquiries. She makes sure every customer gets a quick and professional response, and her strong attention to detail makes her a key part of the team. As a mother of two, Victoria understands the importance of hard work and balance. Outside of work, she is continuing her education and always looking to grow. She loves cooking and trying new recipes, and she also enjoys photography, capturing special moments.

Dan

Project Consultant

Dan joined the team eight years ago as a part-time sales rep and quickly turned it into a full-time career. With an extensive background in both commercial and residential roofing, he is well-versed in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Dan is also a movie enthusiast, boasting a remarkable knowledge of nearly every film you can think of. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life makes him a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two teenagers, cheering for the New England Patriots, and riding his motorcycle and jet ski, making the most of the great outdoors.

Sylvain

Project Manager

Sylvain joined H&R Roofing in February 2025 as a Project Manager. He oversees projects from start to finish and serves as the main point of contact for any issues that may arise. Originally from Canada, Sylvain has lived in the U.S. for most of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his family. He’s married and a proud dad of two sons who share a love for hockey, keeping family life full of fun and energy both on and off the ice.

Matt

Project Manager/Financial Officer

Matt has worked alongside Ronaldo for years on additions and other large-scale projects, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and teamwork to every job. Today, he serves as both a Project Manager and our Financial Officer at H&R Roofing, playing a key role in keeping projects organized and the business side running smoothly. Alongside being a licensed general contractor Matt brings strong financial expertise and a solid understanding of the construction industry. His leadership, practical knowledge, and steady approach make him an essential part of the team.
